Advantages of Using Questionnaires

Questionnaires are important in making big decisions especially in a company. They help gather significant data from valid subjects to help analyze the performance or the rating of a product or service.

Questionnaires or survey sheets may be easily handed out to a certain pool of targeted population. Since they are handy and does not require too much effort to answer, this form of data gathering is popularly used by different companies and organizations. They are also cost effective in terms of time and finances. Instead of paying for interviewers for face-to-face data gathering, you can simply hire one person to hand out answer sheets. Questionnaires do not pose any urgency, middle-man bias and sense of insecurity. It can be completed and contemplated on by a respondent at his own pace. Questionnaires are also easy to analyze. Data from paper is easier to collate than scribbled notes of an interviewer.
